Giclée Printing Policy


Return and Exchange Policy
Digital Painter Prints are customized, purpose-built and are not returnable. Digital Painter prints are created to customer specifications and are not restockable or reusable by CCSI. Digital Painter standard warranty covers only material defect or damages sustained during transit within 30 days from the date of shipping.

Length Variation
Minor variations in length do occur and are an imbedded feature of the process, they are not considered defects. Charges will apply for any reprint requested by customer for length corrections.

Multipanel Murals
Due to installation variables totally beyond the control of CCSI, alignment cannot be guaranteed in multipanel murals. These prints are produced solely at customer risk. No refunds shall be granted for misalignment of the various panels in a mural.

Manufacturing Defects
Prints with manufacturing defects, such as defective canvas or substrate, will be replaced at no charge within 30 days from date of shipping. After our 30 day return window has passed defective prints will be reprinted for 50% of the charges of the original cost of the production.

 Shipping
Shipping charges on returns are not refundable. We do not offer refunds for shipping charges, including but not limited to domestic Ground, Express or International shipping. Please be advised that we are unable to refund any fees imposed by an entity other than The Digital Painter/CCSI.

Please note our shipping rates apply to the U.S. and not to Canada. Canadian orders will assess a nominal shipping fee usually about $19-25 to ship to Canada.
